#16700 - Northstar Cowgirl Hat Crown

It measures approximately 5.25" high. The diameter is adjustable from 5" -7.59". It is only for cowgirl hats and has a tack pin near the top to secure it during movement. Plated in Silver and comes carded and polybagged.
